The 300 degree swing radius of the unloading auger allows repositioning of the discharge tube from one side of the machine to the other without moving the grinder-mixer. A 14" mixing auger with a 30" base provides superior mixing uniformally and two full length feed windows allow the operator to see feed levels. |

The discharge auger has a variable speed control and the 10 micron oil filter provides a flow of 10.5 GPM. |

The self-contained hydraulic system includes a pulley-driven pump, cylonic reservoir for maximum hydraulic cooling and a pressure relief valve. |

Sixty-six thin, four way steel alloy reversible hammers reduce horsepower requirements, cutting the material - not pounding it. Cutting action occurs against the throat plate while a suction fan pulls the ground feed through the screens. This allows for a more uniform mix for ration control. Thirteen screens are available with sizes ranging from 3/32" to 2" diameter to grind the grain to the consistency that you desire. |

An economical gravity hopper is available for grinding shelled corn, oats, barley and other small grains. Two heavy-duty magnets remove metal that may accidentally mix with the material entering the mill. |
